Spiritual directors bring their warmth and the ability to listen deeply. Their skills in discernment are born out of a strong commitment to personal prayer and ongoing skills training. Strengthening your prayer and intimacy with God are just a few outcomes of a spiritual direction relationship.

Inner Healing follows a process of inviting God to heal spiritual and emotional wounds. You will also be accompanied by a trained leader and a prayer intercessor during the session. Sessions are approximately 1.5 hours.  Sessions are donation-based. 

Life coaching is available to those seeking to learn strategies for managing their life. Our coaches work in a variety of specialties including life skills coaching, career, relationships, nutrition, and more. Though many of our coaches are also trained clinicians we do NOT provide clinical therapy or insurance billing.
